Roasted Garlic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients


  • 1 cup Christie's Roasted Garlic Marinade

  • 2x 10 oz Salmon Fillets

  • 1 teasponn smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard

  • Pinch of Salt


For Garnish

Fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges



Process


  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together Christie’s Roasted Garlic Marinade, honey (or maple syrup), Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the glaze generously over each fillet, ensuring an even coating. Let them marinate at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon should flake easily with a fork but remain moist.

  • Transfer the salmon to plates and garnish with fresh dill or parsley. Serve with lemon wedges for a bright, zesty touch.
