1 cup Christie's Roasted Garlic Marinade
2x 10 oz Salmon Fillets
1 teasponn smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Honey
1/4 teaspoon Mustard
Pinch of Salt
For Garnish
Fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Process
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a small bowl, whisk together Christie’s Roasted Garlic Marinade, honey (or maple syrup), Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the glaze generously over each fillet, ensuring an even coating. Let them marinate at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon should flake easily with a fork but remain moist.
Transfer the salmon to plates and garnish with fresh dill or parsley. Serve with lemon wedges for a bright, zesty touch.
