Ingredients:
12 oz rotini pasta (or any pasta of choice)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup black olives, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cubed cheese
1 cup Christie's Creamy Italian Dressing
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Combine pasta, vegetables, olives, and cheese in a large bowl.
Pour Christie's Creamy Italian Dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
