Creamy Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz rotini pasta (or any pasta of choice)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped

  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup black olives, sliced

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cubed cheese

  • 1 cup Christie's Creamy Italian Dressing


Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  2. Combine pasta, vegetables, olives, and cheese in a large bowl.

  3. Pour Christie's Creamy Italian Dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
