Creamy Italian Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes

  • ½ cup Christie's Creamy Italian Dressing

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Scrub and pierce potatoes with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until tender.

  2. Slice each potato lengthwise and gently fluff the insides with a fork.

  3. Drizzle Christie's Creamy Italian Dressing over the potato, then top with cheese, bacon, and green onions.

  4. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
