Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
½ cup Christie's Creamy Italian Dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Scrub and pierce potatoes with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until tender.
Slice each potato lengthwise and gently fluff the insides with a fork.
Drizzle Christie's Creamy Italian Dressing over the potato, then top with cheese, bacon, and green onions.
Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
