Strawberry Salad
Serves 6-8
2-3 heads romaine lettuce
2 c. sliced strawberries
Saute:
3/4 c. sliced almonds
2 tbl. poppy seeds
2 tbl. sesame seeds
2 tbl. butter
Dressing:
1 bottle Christie’s Low Fat Zinfandel Vinaigrette
Directions:
Chop lettuce into desired size pieces and toss with Christie’s Low Fat Zinfandel Vinaigrette. Divide and arrange dressed lettuce onto plates. Top with sautéed almond/seed mixture and strawberries and serve.
